ON-line course program consists of 10 lessons,  each 40 minutes length:

- the tutorial contains methods and techniques which are necessary for particular composition only

1.   - Who can become a member of the project?
       When you purchase a knitting set marked with a FLAG and a MASTER CLASS that matches the level of this set, you become a member.

2.   - I want to purchase only MASTER CLASS - can I participate in ON-LINE training?
        MASTER CLASSES are formed taking into account the specifics of the compositions presented on the website, have copyright, and cannot be used as a separate training course 

3. - I purchased only the PATTERN - can I participate in ON-LINE training?
      Unfortunately, you cannot take part in training. You need to purchase a knitting set and MASTER CLASS of the appropriate level of techniques

4.   - I purchased a knitting kit: on SALES / days of the PRESENTATION
      - Can I participate in ON-LINE training?
        If you purchased a set on SALES or during the presentation of the collection, and  want to participate in training, we offer to purchase MASTER-CLASS that matches your kit and take part in the project

 5.   - I took part in training on your the site and presented my work for COMPETITION and I want to purchase a Knitting kit with a flag
        - Do I need to purchase a MASTER CLASS?
        If you took part in training within the program “Knitting Together” on our website and demonstrated the finished item, You can order knitting kits of the skills level you passed without purchasing MASTER CLASS. The quality and skills in the knitting technique have already been demonstrated, and this gives the right to purchase knitting kits for independent work without a training program

6.   - I took part in training on the site and presented my work for COMPETITION
      - Can I take part in new MASTER CLASSES of the same level of difficulty, but on the basis of new purchased sets?
       If you wish to re-pass the same MASTER CLASS level with a new knitting set, then you need to purchase MASTER CLASS. To upgrade your experiences of the program for FREE is possible ONLY in the case specified  in paragraph 12

7.  - How do I know when a project which I am interested in will start?
      Training course is customized and is held individually. The dates are agreed in advance at the application stage.   

8.  - I received a kit by mail to participate in the tutorial, what is the next step?
         1) contact via  WhatsApp (contact number provided after placing an order) 

         2) a link to download is provided during the training.
         3) step-by-step video lessons are held on the AnyDesk platform 

         4) all materials are provided only during the lesson

9.  - I want to take part in tutorials, but due to my work schedule I can not fit into the dates and hours of work, what should I do?

      Be aware of your ability to participate BEFORE placing an order. When buying a MASTER CLASS, you get the opportunity to participate in the project on the specified dates ONLY. You make your own decisions and are responsible for your choice.

 
10.  -  In  the training process, it turned out that I could not cope with the tasks of this difficulty level,  can I take part in any other project of a different level?  

         Unfortunately, you cannot take part in a tutorial of a different difficulty level. When buying a MASTER CLASS, you get the opportunity to participate in the project of the specified level ONLY. You make your own decisions and are responsible for your choice.

11.  - For objective reasons, on a certain stage, I stopped participating in the project,  can I continue participating in the next project of the appropriate level, without paying for it?

12.  - I purchased the kit and MASTER CLASS, but for objective reasons I did not start training, can I take part in training on other dates indicated in the schedule ?
        If you purchased the kit and MASTER CLASS, but did not start training, you have the opportunity to choose a more suitable date for participation in the project of the appropriate level ONCE.
